Job Description Employment and training opportunities with High Court Enforcement Group Ltd.

We are looking for individuals with Impeccable character, enthusiasm and motivation to become High Court Enforcement Agents.

Main duties to include executing High Court Writs of control, Possessions and Eviction Orders Clients and Claimants in person.

The work is Interesting and varied and full training will be provided so no experience necessary.

If you do not have a certificate and are thinking of becoming a Certificated Enforcement Agent, we offer the following training programme:

The enforcement agent training course is an intensive 3 day event consisting of taught seminars, presentations, workshops, tests, and practical interactive group activities. The course will take place on the last Tuesday of the month, culminating with the L2 examination in the Taking Control of Goods the following Tuesday (at or near where you live) with The Institute of Credit Management (ICM).

The ICM qualification is Ofqual accredited on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and approved by the Ministry of Justice and Skills for security. This 3 day course is not for the faint hearted and will require a lot of input and work from the trainee. The course will equip the trainee with the underpinning knowledge required by law to obtain an Enforcement Agentís Certificate to practice.

The course concentrates on bailiff law and its application along with other facets of training necessary to effectively carry out duties of an enforcement agent. This course is ideal for new entrants into the industry and also for existing enforcement agents wishing to upskill their knowledge of new legislation, or any other individual involved in the practice of Taking Control of Goods.
