At Excel Fostering, we are proud to be an Independent Fostering Agency who offers the best support for all of our carers, staff and the children in our care...

We are award-winning, community driven and always looking to recruit likeminded foster carers. We believe that fostering is a fantastic opportunity for anyone leaving the Armed Forces, take a look at what our carers say about us to see if you think this rewarding challenge could be for you.

What our carers say about changing a child’s life:
When they know where they fit and trust you to be there for them. When you see their smile reach their eyes and their whole face lights up. There are many small but magical moments that make it worthwhile.

What our carers say about working for us:
I am proud to be an Excel Foster Carer. We are supported through all the ups and downs of Fostering. Excel truly practices what they preach, inclusivity, non-judgemental, child focused and supportive.

What our carers say about the innovative training opportunities we provide:
Intuitive, informative, reflective – tools to help adults make a difference to a child’s life.

What our carers say about the career opportunities that come with being a foster carer:
I gained my QCF Level 3. Sharing my experiences at Skills to Foster. To use my experience and knowledge to further my career having gained a place on a fostering panel. To see the children and young people making positive changes in their time with us and succeeding in their personal achievements.

What we think makes it all worthwhile:
Seeing the faces of the children we celebrated at our Awards Ceremony. The joy of people caring about what they do...Priceless!
